What are your contributions to the team?

In your role, you will:

• Lead an engaged and experienced team of salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers
• Assume all HR responsibilities of the team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities
• Ensure the conformity of logistics processes and employee training in alignment with Bombardier’s Quality System
• Foster a culture of excellence supporting production activities
• Clarify roles & responsibilities of your team with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate your team’s activities across other functions within the organization
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure deployment of our Operational Excellence system
• Coach your team to develop their talent within the organization
• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience

• You have experience in planning and master the usage of ERP systems.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a college diploma with over five (5) years of experience in a logistics team.
• You have minimum of two (2) years of experience in management.
• You have excellent management skills.
• You have good judgment, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.
• You have extraordinary flexibility and are passionate about non‑recurring work activities.
• You are fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken.
• You have previous project management experience, would be an asset.
