• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and animal health.
• Experience in product development and/or sourcing raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Research and source new ingredients supporting pet health.
• Lead sustainability initiatives with Champion and MARS teams.
• Conduct nutritional evaluations for new ingredients for pets.
