The Team

The Job
As a Lead QA Developer at Universe you will apply your passion for technology and live entertainment to build and test a world-class, highly scalable ticketing platform. This is a deeply technical role where you will work closely with QA specialists and with team Software Leads to build reliable and scalable test automation solutions and solve tough technical challenges. You will deliver high-quality code and innovative solutions while growing your skills as both a technical contributor and leader through code reviews, pairing sessions, mentorship opportunities, and teaching opportunities to the teams.
Our clients and their fans rely on Universe to provide a stable and reliable platform that can scale quickly to handle unpredictable demand and large traffic and data volumes. As the Lead QA Developer you will be relied upon to maintain and extend the existing automated test suite, and to innovate and design new approaches and strategies to improve product quality and elevate our QA specialists.
