• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience.
• Experience in gas-fired generation projects, plant turnarounds, and/or utility companies considered a strong asset.
• Strong people management skills to motivate others and produce measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are planned and executed in compliance with TransAlta health & safety standards.
• Manage project execution to achieve safety, schedule, and cost targets.
• Coach team members on project management best practices.
