Job Title – Lead Data analyst/Product owner

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to understand and prioritize their data needs. Manage and align stakeholder expectations through effective communication and delivery management.
• Requirement Gathering & Backlog Prioritization: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed data requirements. Prioritize work based on strategic goals and available resources. Mentor and lead junior product owners, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Data Analysis & Management: Analyze complex data sets to drive insights and support decision-making. Conduct source profiling and build advanced queries to extract necessary data. Perform data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. Manage the end-to-end data product lifecycle.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between CAD 85,000 – CAD 145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
