The Lead AI Client Adviser is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of key Thomson Reuters AI Solutions customers, focusing on increasing product adoption, utilisation and value realisation. The role acts as a trusted adviser to clients, directly engaging with them to understand their use cases, drive solution adoption and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and customer experience.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For Ontario, Canada, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $130,000 CAD – $180,000 CAD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
