Overview

Curbz Landscaping and Suite Pea Gardenscaping are two of Toronto’s most respected residential landscaping companies. We specialize in high-quality design/build projects that transform outdoor spaces. Powered by the LeanScaper operating system, we bring structure, speed, and client alignment to every job.

We’re looking for a Landscape Sales Consultant with a strong landscaping background and proven relationship-building skills. This brand-new role was created to take sales off the owners’ plates. You’ll meet directly with clients, assess properties, prepare estimates, and close projects that reflect our reputation for quality and design excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new business through marketing leads and referrals
  • Conduct site visits and consultations across Toronto/GTA
  • Develop proposals and estimates using company tools (including LMN)
  • Build relationships with designers, real estate agents, and referral partners
  • Follow up with clients to move projects from inquiry to signed contract
  • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with design/production teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM, meeting monthly and seasonal sales targets
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or design/build (sales or operations)
  • Solid understanding of estimating, project budgeting, and site work
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities independently
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort with travel across Toronto/GTA
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and estimating software (Element experience an asset)
