Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years clinical experience in maternity services or lactation consulting.
• Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
• International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the lactation program.
• Provide lactation assessment and education.
• Manage resource materials for the lactation program.
• Coordinate community education activities.
