Qualifications

Key Accountabilities

  • Safely load and offload products and waste as required
  • Conduct sampling and water testing as needed
  • Collaborate with Field Technicians to ensure timely waste removal
  • Properly segregate waste to maintain commodity quality and minimize costs
  • Operate, monitor, and control process equipment (levels, temperatures, pressures, flows) safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Perform general labor tasks (e.g., shoveling, site cleaning, loading/unloading)
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Mechanical aptitude: ability to understand or troubleshoot machinery is an asset
  • Willingness to be trained on new equipment and processes
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and extended hours as needed
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
