What you can expect to do here
  • You\u2019ll support groundwater modelling projects using tools such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere or similar software.
  • You\u2019ll assist in the development of conceptual and numerical models for groundwater flow and contaminant transport.
  • You\u2019ll collaborate with hydrogeologists, geochemists, and environmental engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
  • You\u2019ll analyze and interpret hydrogeological data to inform model calibration and validation.
  • You\u2019ll contribute to technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • You\u2019ll participate in field programs including groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, and site characterization.
What you\u2019ll bring to WSP
  • A degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with groundwater modelling software such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere, Leapfrog Works or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS, Surfer, ParaView, and Tecplot is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Eligibility for professional registration (e.g., P.Geo., EIT) is an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
