Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager – LED & Digital Signage to spearhead MAXHUB’s growth in the professional display market. You will lead our expansion in LED display walls and digital signage solutions across corporate, retail, education, government, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for MAXHUB’s LED Solutions and Digital Signage Solutions in Indonesia.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities in target verticals (corporate, retail, education, hospitality, government).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, and end-users.
- Lead product positioning, solution selling, and market education initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, events, and partner programs.
- Track market trends and competitors to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Only Indonesian nationalities will be considered.
- Proven experience in LED and digital signage sales / business development, with quantifiable achievements.
- Strong network within the Pro AV and display solutions ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of display technologies, content management systems (CMS), and installation requirements.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
