Qualifications

We’re seeking a proactive Product Manager who can provide Product Support and Product Management while also helping with Digital App Services programs. You’ll work with a senior, product-led team to improve the end-to-end customer journey across channels, grounded in user research and data-driven insights. You’ll foster a culture of inclusion, experimentation, and continuous improvement, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact, and adapt to various client environments and requirements.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the integration of design, strategy, and research into product development, ensuring user-centered, data-informed outcomes that align with the business.
  • Develop and drive a roadmap for Design, Strategy, Research, and Digital Services, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on both the CI&T agency side and Client side (Engineering, Product, Content, Marketing, AfterSales, Controlling) to ensure coherence and alignment across initiatives.
  • Partner with Lead Product Designer to ensure design solutions are grounded in user research and strategic objectives, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Translate user research and usability insights into actionable product decisions; iterate features based on feedback and data.
  • Align product and service initiatives with market trends and strategic goals; develop Business Cases for new features and revenue opportunities.
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration, training, and best-practice resources to improve understanding of products and features.
  • Champion inclusion and psychological safety, encouraging diverse perspectives and continuous learning
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction); use data to steer continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in digital agencies or tech settings, with a focus on design, strategy, research, and digital services. Automotive and app services is a plus
  • Strong grounding in design, strategy, and research principles; successful track record of integrating these disciplines into product development.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, collaboration skills, and willingness to learn. Able to build consensus with stakeholders at all levels and work amongst diverse cultures and teams
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to inform strategy and drive improvements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, collaborative initiatives; capable of steering multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in defining experiments, evaluating results, and translating insights into actions.
  • Optional but valued: experience in automotive or mobility contexts.
Nice to have but not mandatory
  • Experience with subscription-based features or digital services in automotive contexts.
  • Design-sense or familiarity with how copy intersects with visuals.
  • Data visualization and BI tooling experience (e.g., Tableau) to inform decisions
  • French language Proficiency
