Location: Jasper, AB • Full-time • Shift and schedule: Weekends as needed • Holidays



Overview

Your daily pursuit will be driving operational excellence through hands-on management and proactive communication. You’ll lead a team of up to 20, overseeing lift operations with a sharp eye on safety and a strong commitment to guest service. Your ability to anticipate challenges will help the team stay one step ahead.



Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily lift operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and safety codes.

  • Maintain accurate operational records in line with safety and insurance requirements.

  • Lead, train, and support the Lift Operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback.

  • Foster a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.

  • Collaborate across departments and with contractors, maintaining strong communication and coordination.

  • Support emergency response efforts and assist with lift and building maintenance as needed.

  • Manage transportation logistics for staff and provide reports on guest statistics and department budgets.

  • Consistently represent the company professionally and take on additional duties as assigned.



Qualifications


  • High School Diploma required.

  • 1-2 years of previous tourism hospitality experience, in a Supervisory capacity.

  • Proven ability to lead.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

  • Arial lift industry or related experience is an asset.

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.

  • Positive, calm, and reliable under pressure in dynamic outdoor environments.

  • Team-oriented leader and collaborator, able to both give and receive direction.

  • Proactive and observant, with the initiative to identify and complete tasks independently.

  • Self-aware and committed to continuous learning and development.

  • Confident problem-solver with the ability to coach service excellence in others.

  • Comfortable working at heights up to 70 meters.
