Overview

Housing provided. Kumama Bistro is a Chef-driven, ingredient-led experience using influence from our International guest and own travels. No Program. Just good food and booze. The bistro is located at the main building of Pine Bungalows Resort in Jasper National Park. We are currently seeking a server/bartender with upscale casual dining experience to join our amazing team of leading professionals in the hospitality industry. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals with a passion for food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences.


Job Details


  • Pay: $18–$19 per hour

  • Job type: Temporary, Seasonal

  • Shift and schedule: 8 hour shifts; Weekends as needed; Morning, Evening, and Night shifts

  • Location: 2 Cottonwood Creek Rd, Jasper, AB

  • Benefits: Discounted or free food; Flexible schedule; On-site parking


Responsibilities


  • Consistently offer professional engaging guest service

  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine and cocktails

  • Guide guest through menu items with informative recommendations

  • Follow company policies, procedures and standard

  • Have full knowledge of all menu items and preparation methods

  • Follow all safety policies when handling food and beverage

  • Solid understanding of craft beer

  • Other assigned duties
