Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and software
  • Provide technical support to users (on‑site and remotely)
  • Train and assist users with internal IT tools
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and stock
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures
  • Ensure operating systems and software are up to date
  • Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
  • Apply internal IT management procedures
  • Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of security rules (updates, Intune deployment, etc.)
  • Participate in the evolution of IT support automation using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra
Profile
  • DEC in IT or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in office environments (Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 & 11)
  • Proficiency in managing iPhone, iPad, and Android devices
  • Basic knowledge of networking
  • Proficiency in remote support tools, primarily Intune
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity (an asset)

Profil
  • DEC en TI ou l'équivalent
  • 5+ années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise des environnements bureautiques (Microsoft 365 et Windows 10 & 11)
  • Maîtrise la gestion des appareils iPhone, iPad et Android
  • Connaissances de base en réseau
  • Maîtrise des outils de support à distance principalement Intune
  • Connaissances en cybersécurité (atout)
  • Bilinguisme à l’orale et à l’écrit puisqu’il collabore avec des fournisseurs et clients anglophones
  • Excellentes aptitudes de travail en équipe et esprit positif
