Job Summary:The
IT Analyst IV – Technical Support will join theGlobal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Department’s Application Support team. This role focuses on
access provisioning across multiple applications while ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process application access request forms.
- Communicate with requesters to clarify access needs and approvals.
- Provision and validate access, retaining evidence for audit purposes.
- Ensure SLA compliance while working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Generate and run reports to track access and application activity.
- Support the Application Support team with daily operational tasks.
Required Experience:- 8+ years of IT or application support experience
- Proven access provisioning expertise
- Hands-on experience running reports and using Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have Experience:- SQL experience
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) background
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Banking/financial services industry experience
Required Skills:- Application support proficiency
- Access management experience
- Report generation and Excel skills
- Excellent communication
Preferred Skills:- SQL querying and reporting
- AML application familiarity
- Scripting with PowerShell
- Experience supporting large enterprise systems
Additional Notes:- Candidates must be onsite at least 2 days/week initially; as of Nov 3, 2025, 4 days onsite is mandatory.
- Non-compliance with onsite requirements is a disqualifier.
