• Experience with networking and troubleshooting required.

• Setting up Outlook Email Accounts.
• Network Wiring Troubleshooting.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory

Working with domain least users rights

Experience with Hyper-V and Virtual Machines

Experience with Synology NAS Units

Sophos Firewall Configurations

Ubiquity Network Devices, Switches, Access Points Management

Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $28.00 hourly

Shift: 9 am to 5 pm (maybe required to start later) Flexibility to work after hours and weekend would be an asset.

Shifts available: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
