This role exists to turn investor interest into closed investments.
Role Overview
You own the phone.
You speak with prospective investors who have already shown interest.
Your goal is simple.
Close investments.
This is a commission-only role built for people who want upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Call warm and inbound investor leads provided by RYSE
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls every day
- Qualify investors based on interest, capacity, and timing
- Clearly explain RYSE’s business, traction, and investment terms
- Deliver a structured investment pitch and move conversations to a decision
- Handle objections related to risk, timing, and commitment size
- Push for the close and secure verbal and written investment commitments
- Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and email
- Track all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Hit weekly call targets and monthly close targets
What You Are Selling
- Equity investments in RYSE
- Reg CF and Reg A style offerings
- Retail and accredited investors
Requirements
Required Experience
- 2 plus years in outbound or phone-based sales
- Proven experience closing deals over the phone
- Experience selling financial products, investments, or high-ticket offers
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Comfort discussing money, risk, and commitment directly
- Track record in commission-driven roles
Preferred Experience
- Investor relations or capital raising
- Equity crowdfunding or private placements
- Financial services, wealth products, or alternative investments
- High-volume call environments
