Qualifications

  • Financial Planning Designation (PFP®, QAFP™ or CFP®) is required.
  • Must have Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in financial planning is necessary.
  • Strong networking and client acquisition abilities are essential.
  • Skills in cultivating partner relationships are required.
  • Ability to effectively utilize mobile applications is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailor‑made financial planning advice and solutions.
  • Acquire and consolidate existing and new clients.
  • Connect clients with the right RBC team members.
  • Develop external business referral sources through networking.

Skills
