Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand and product awareness, adoption and revenue grow, across multiple channels (digital, social, email, influencer, partnerships, PR, and retail).
  • Develop campaign briefs that clearly articulate objectives, key messaging, deliverables, and timelines—ensuring alignment across all stakeholder teams.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, paid, social, and lifecycle teams to ensure assets and messaging are consistent, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising team to craft compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning for key product lines and product launches.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing-ideally in the DTC, retail, or eCommerce space.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator-you’re skilled at bringing teams together and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for translating business goals into compelling, channel-aware campaigns.
