Personal Lines Insurance Representative/Broker Level 2

Our office is growing! We are looking for an experienced Broker to join our team – in office. Are you self-motivated with a positive attitude and interested in working as an Insurance Broker in a progressive agency?

Salary between $28.00-$32.00/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Level 2 General Insurance License
• Experience with all aspects of ICBC
• Focused on customer service
• Proactive problem solver, detail oriented, efficient, and organized
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• The ability to work in a team environment demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
• Committed to continuous learning and education
• Computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Epic, and other related programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License with a minimum 2-3 years\' experience as an insurance broker
• Knowledge of EPIC and Applied Rating tool are considered an asset
• May consider Insurance Broker Level 1 license with 6 months to 1 year industry experience with the motivation to work towards obtaining Level 2 license. Willing to train the right candidate.
