A leading consultancy firm in Sudbury is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to create effective training materials for web-based and instructor-led courses. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in instructional design and project management. KPMG’s Business School (KBS) Audit is committed to building the Audit professionals’ knowledge and skills to maintain and uphold audit quality in client work. Towards this end, the KBS supports their professional development through development and delivery of high quality, interactive web‑based and instructor‑led training. We are currently looking for an eager Learning Designer to join our team with a strong opportunity for further career development in the future to support the development of web‑based learning.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG.
The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
