What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to teammate who keeps things running smoothly on-site
• Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial signage
• Help load, transport, and organize materials and tools
• Set up job sites and ensure everything is ready for safe, efficient work
• Learn to read blueprints, handle tools, and support the lead installer with precision
• Take ownership of maintaining a tidy, safe, and productive work environment

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude – ready to pitch in wherever needed
