About The Role

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales, all from an inside sales setting?

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our growing residential customer base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, guiding customers through the sales process, and delivering a one‑call solution whenever possible. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into loyal customers while contributing to retention and long-term growth.

No propane experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed. Your drive, resilience, and customer‑first mindset are what matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Validate and qualify inbound leads from customer experience (CX) calls, website inquiries, and social media channels
  • Distribute and manage leads using our CRM system
  • Convert residential customers, including tank swap and customer conversion opportunities
  • Deliver a one‑call solution by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate propane solutions
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunitiesFollow up with customers after proposal submissions to close sales
  • Support customer retention efforts, including handling more complex or challenging customer conversations
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and follow‑ups accurately in the CRM
  • Participate in additional sales activities and projects as assigned
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is organized, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven role.

  • A self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to cold call and proactively generate sales opportunities
  • Comfort handling objections, rejection, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
  • Experience in propane, HVAC, or related industries is a strong asset
Compensation & Schedule
  • Total OTE: Approximately $45,000 – $65,000 annually
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with additional hours as required
