Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Moncton, NB location.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, where you’ll put your computer skills and attention to detail to work in order entry, paperwork completion, and customer follow-up. In this role, you’ll also build strong relationships with dedicated customers, providing ongoing support and assisting with a variety of projects to help them succeed. If you’re motivated, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Must possess intermediate computer skills
  • Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry
  • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork
  • Adhere to safe and efficient work practices
  • Maintain diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs
  • Exhibit a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their businesses
  • HVAC product knowledge is not a required but is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or counter sales
  • Willingness to participate in both technical and professional training
  • Flexibility to assist warehouse staff periodically is considered an asset
  • Must maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude
