SUMMARY
The principal responsibility is to manage sales and contractual commitments of existing and potential new customers, aiming to grow sales revenue and EBIT as defined by the Director of Sales Americas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly sales and EBIT booking targets.
- Manage and maximize revenue, EBIT, and market share within the operations and commercial team structure.
- Maintain and analyze essential metrics to monitor contract and non-contract business health; provide feedback to senior management on performance.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to recover or improve TIMET performance aligned with contract and non-contract requirements.
- Prioritize technical support projects.
- Participate in negotiations of major agreements and contract amendments.
- Develop and nurture high-level customer relationships to support key accounts and business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with other TIMET divisions, including Operations, Q&T, Logistics, and Finance in North America and Europe, to develop business propositions.
- Manage the inside sales team.
- Set goals and objectives for inside and outside sales representatives.
- Guide sales personnel to conduct weekly customer visits and penetrate each account at the highest level.
- Travel requirement is 15%.
- Require 3 to 10 years of aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience.
