The Inside Sales Account Manager is also responsible for delivering a positive customer experience leveraging the SOTI sales model while maximizing revenue and margin generation.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas within your assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling potential customers in your region.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to qualify leads and uncover customer needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, in collaboration with the Outside Sales Executive.
  • Manage and nurture leads by prospecting, generating interest, qualifying opportunities, and following up consistently.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data using Salesforce, ensuring timely updates and visibility.
  • Effectively communicate technical and market insights to position SOTI as a leading solution for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, Marketing, and other teams to execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide informed guidance to customers.
Experience You’ll Bring
  • 2 - 3 years of B2B technology sales experience in an Inside Sales environment.
  • Basic understanding of mobile technologies and their business applications.
  • Strong phone presence with a proven ability to thrive in high-volume customer engagement settings.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and technology.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and articulate their value.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Team player who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
