A leading equipment solutions provider is seeking an Inside Product Support Representative to manage relationships with customers in the heavy equipment industry. This role involves driving parts solutions sales and delivering tailored solutions based on customer needs. Candidates should have a sales background and strong communication skills. We’re looking for a sales-focussed, customer-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Product Support Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving parts solutions sales across a high-volume customer base of 150–300+ clients, generating aprox $3M in annual revenue. You’ll be the go-to contact for customers seeking expert guidance on parts and service solutions—especially in areas like undercarriage, machine rebuilds, component options and digital platforms such as parts.cat.com and Cat Central.
This is a commissioned sales role with a total annual compensation target of $90,000–$105,000+, including base salary and variable incentives.
