Skills

Current Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

BCLS required or demonstrated competency

Knowledge of acute medical/surgical care

Initiating IV therapy and venipuncture

Good patient/family teaching skills

Good patient assessment skills

Knowledge of computer and keyboarding skills
