As part of the Campus & Branch team, there is a primary focus on providing end-to-end connectivity solutions for the Bank’s technology across data centres, campus sites, and remote branches.
This position’s operational priority is to support and provide technical leadership for Caribbean operations, followed by LATAM and Canada, collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
As an Infrastructure Support Lead, you will serve as a technical and operational reference within GNE, guiding a team of engineers in the deployment, supporting, and continuous improvement of network and voice services.
You will support infrastructure modernization projects, remote deployments, and technical coordination across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, best practices, audit requirements, and global strategies.
A critical requirement for this role is hands‑on experience leading SD‑WAN deployments, including planning, configuration, cutover execution, and troubleshooting in multi‑site environments.
