Education Requirements

• Graduation from a two‑year program of study from a recognized post‑secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management, or another specialty relevant to the position.

Experience Requirements

• Providing IM/IT guidance to end users in a workplace or educational setting.
• Installing and providing technical support of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 or Windows 11) in a workplace or educational setting.
• Experience administering Active Directory.
• Experience configuring and managing networks within at least one of the following cloud environments: GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Language Requirements

• English – Essential.
• Bilingual – CCC / CBC (Bilingual Imperative).

Operational Requirements

• Possession and maintenance of a driver's license.

• Willing and able to safely lift and move IT equipment up to 20 kg.

Security Clearances

• Reliability, Secret, or Top Secret (Top Secret – only Canadian citizens).
