IT Operations Analyst (Order Desk Analyst)
Location: Scarborough, Onsite 5 days a week
Pay Rate: 22/hr -28/hr.

This will be 12-month contract and potential to extend. Below is some of the tasks this role will revolve around.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing and reviewing ServiceNow queues and efficiently moving tickets between Canadian and U.S. queues. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, Outlook, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage ServiceNow queues.
  • Provide customer support and resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly.
  • Ensure accurate asset tracking.
  • Utilize Power BI for reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team for smooth workflow.
