A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to manage ServiceNow queues and provide customer support. This role involves resolving IT incidents promptly and ensuring accurate asset tracking. The ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow, Outlook, and Power BI, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, onsite in Toronto, Ontario.
