A growing professional services firm in Toronto is looking for an Information Governance Program Manager to modernize data lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, familiarity with EDRMS tools, and strong communication skills. Benefits include profit sharing and flexibility in work arrangements.

This role supports the modernization and automation of our data lifecycle management program. The role has multiple responsibilities to prepare the firm to adopt and automate electronic information management and update business processes and policies to govern data and records appropriately and help our practitioners manage their information to serve their clients.
The role reports to the Senior Manager of Privacy and Information Governance and works closely with Data Governance, Legal, Privacy and Information Technology teams. The role acts as a trusted advisor to Colleagues with traditional paper records management responsibilities, and with stakeholders across the organization on lifecycle management issues impacting the governance of our data and electronic information.
As a part of the team, this role may have some responsibility to provide back up for the Privacy Office function, and as such interested candidates who also have privacy experience may be preferred.
