Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Industrial Performance & Risk Analyst to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation efforts across production and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with Program, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to drive cost optimization, enhance operational resilience, and ensure the robustness of our industrial schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and actively mitigate operational risks through structured monthly risk reviews and forward‑looking risk assessments.
  • Validate manufacturing and assembly planning assumptions; evaluate and adjust buffer stock policies based on demand variability and capacity constraints.
  • Analyze current Industrial Schemes and recommend improvements based on operational performance data and risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and Logistics teams to develop protection plans for various demand and supply scenarios.
  • Lead “What‑If” scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of potential disruptions or changes in demand on production and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with Spare PPM teams to manage the planning of spare parts and dual‑use components.
  • Own the production cost scope, including annual budget preparation, variance analysis, and the identification of cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Promote cost optimization across operations; propose changes to the Industrial Scheme with clear cost impact analysis.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial planning, and supply chain coordination in a high‑precision or aerospace environment.
  • Proven experience in risk management, performance analysis, and cost control within a production context.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and analytical tools used for scenario planning and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, logistics, program, and finance teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role within an aerospace manufacturing or high‑complexity industrial setting.
  • Experience supporting configuration‑controlled environments and traceability compliance.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and industrial optimization practices.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $62.29/hour – $97.32/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
