A leading agricultural goods company is seeking candidates for its Industrial Engineering Rotation Program starting July 2026. This two-year program offers hands-on experience across various operational positions at industrial facilities. Candidates must hold a recent Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and be open to relocation. The Industrial Engineering Rotation Program (internally referred to as the Production Management Associated (PMA) program) provides recent graduates with a well‑rounded view of our dynamic business. This program has been developed to nurture and invest in ambitious and proactive trainees to help them become LDC leaders.
Over the course of the two‑year program, the successful candidate will:
Program Structure: The successful candidate will complete two different 1‑year assignments in various locations and departments, allowing for a well‑rounded experience. First assignment to start July 2026.
Job Locations: Various locations in Canada and the United States – must be open to relocation and eligible to work in Canada and the United States.
Work Environment: Successful candidate will be expected to work in an industrial environment including but not limited to working at heights, stair climbing, confined spaces, varying temperatures, significant dust or odors. Personal Protective Equipment is provided & required.
