A multi-service Indigenous Child Well-Being Agency in Ontario seeks a Health Nurse to provide holistic care during pregnancy and post-partum. Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience in working with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.
• Experience in Child Welfare or Indigenous Child-Wellbeing setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 services to expectant individuals and families.
• Incorporate Indigenous knowledge and cultural practices into care.
• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with other practitioners.
• Prepare medical summaries for adopted or discharged children.
