Shifts: Saturday and Sunday

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a Incident Reporting Centre Operator - Bilingual to support our client, a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and French, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the safety and security of client assets, employees, and facilities by monitoring incidents, assessing risks, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems to detect potential security threats.
  • Log and report incidents with precision, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and escalated when necessary.
  • Evaluate and respond to real-time incidents, determining the level of urgency and appropriate actions.
  • Communicate professionally in both French and English with internal teams, stakeholders, and emergency contacts.
  • Manage remote access for authorized personnel while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Conduct routine system checks to verify equipment and communication systems are fully operational.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and site personnel during emergencies.
  • Maintain thorough and organized records for audits, compliance, and incident follow-ups.
Requirements:
