Overview

About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Immigration Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals and families through various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of key immigration files, including Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), Express Entry, and Family Sponsorship applications.
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide updates.
  • Liaise with government agencies and legal representatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on all cases.
  • Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in immigration consulting, law, or a related field.
  • Experience in immigration case management or legal support preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bilingual and / or multilingual abilities are a strong asset.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours : 16 – 20 per week
