What You’ll Do
  • Own a full caseload of family-based immigration matters from strategy through approval.
  • Represent clients in immigration court and at USCIS, including hearings, interviews, and related proceedings.
  • Run paid consultations and close qualified clients with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Lead case execution by directing paralegals, reviewing work product, and ensuring filings are clean and timely.
  • Build strong evidence packages, draft motions or briefs when needed, spot risk early, and prevent avoidable RFEs or delays.
  • Maintain precise case tracking and notes in Docketwise so your matters run predictably.
  • Contribute to raising firm standards through playbook improvement, templates, and process refinements.
What We’re Looking For
  • J.D. and active U.S. bar license (Florida preferred or willing to waive in).
  • Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience, strong family-based required.
  • Spanish fluency, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with remote work and tech tools (Docketwise, Slack, Zoom).
  • Based in Florida with ability to attend Miami-area matters as needed.
  • Strong judgment, excellent writing, and confident client presence.
Bonus Points
  • Removal defense or waiver exposure.
  • Business immigration background.
  • Courtroom or litigation experience.
