Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Expertise in Public Sector Accounting Standards and capital budgeting.
  • Experience managing Development Charges programs.

  • Lead the strategic oversight of Peel’s multi-year Capital Budget and Program.
  • Drive policy development and modernize capital planning processes.
  • Manage the annual and ten-year Capital Budget cycle.
