Qualifications

  • 4+ years of HR systems experience, preferably with UKG Pro.
  • Experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS configuration, data auditing, and reporting.

  • Support HRIS configuration, integrations, and workflow setups.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure system accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and business units to identify process improvements.
