SUMMARY
TheCrew Leadis responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for multiple facilities. The Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Crew Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services.
