A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking an HR Manager for its Toronto facility. The successful candidate will direct all human resources functions, manage labor relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Directs all Human Resources functions for TIMET’s Toronto, Ohio facility.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or BA in HR or Labor Relations preferred.
PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 4-6 years supervisory/management experience in an HR generalist role.
Experience with collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Special Skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of HR’s contribution to organizational performance.
Ability to influence senior management and lead organizational change.
Experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and payroll software.
Knowledge of employment laws including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and HIPAA.
