A leading international defence company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a 9-month contract in Canada. The role involves supporting HR processes, coaching managers in leadership, and ensuring compliance with HR legislation across multiple locations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Human Resources, at least three years of relevant experience, and preferably experience in the Marine or Aviation industry. Expected Salary: $29.49 to $36.86
Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
