In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
  • Manage the entire employee recruitment, integration, and retention cycle
  • Implement HR policies (compensation, benefits, labor relations)
  • Advise managers on team management and conflict resolution
  • Manage labor relations activities
  • Oversee training and skills development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
  • Manage internal communications and activities with employees and management
Occupational Health And Safety
  • Develop and implement OHS policies in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Identify and assess risks in manufacturing environments (machining).
  • Implement OHS prevention and training programs
  • Manage accident investigations and follow up on CNESST files
  • In collaboration with managers, monitor the application of internal rules
