Job Title : Analyst, HR Systems Management

Duration : 1 year (possibility of extension)

Location : Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Digital Solutions team is responsible for designing and deploying scalable technical solutions in Workday to better organize, understand, and proactively deploy our current and future workforce needs. This team is diverse in education, experience, and prides themselves on their passion, innovative mindsets, and collaborative work culture, while using modern agile principles. Under the leadership of the Manager, HR Systems Management, you will have a safe space to experiment, take calculated risks, and build on your colleague’s strengths and expertise to achieve milestones. As an Analyst, HR Digital Solutions, you are curious and empathetic to users and their experiences. You are creative with a natural ability to produce alternative solutions to problems and find balance between the systems’ capabilities and user needs to implement the best solutions. The Analyst, HR Digital Solutions will play an integral role in driving the future of work through delivering innovative services and creating awesome and seamless employee experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with best-in-class technology and push the boundaries of what HR technology can do.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with like-minded team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a mature and complex Workday ecosystem.
  • Clearly define and refine technical requirements and ensure focus is on high value and high impact work.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize the HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in the Talent Management and Talent Development spaces.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures, to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Ensure the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of tickets in our ticketing system (JIRA).
Qualifications
  • Extensive and detailed Workday configuration and implementation experience with Global Contingent Workers in Workday.
  • Extensive and detailed configuration and Business Process knowledge of Workday HCM.
  • Attention to detail to ensure data integrity and high-quality work while maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Employee Experience focused with robust communication skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Curious thinker with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with ability to work without explicit direction.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to independently organize work based on daily and long-term priorities.
  • Resilience to support a transforming organization.
  • Experience supporting HR-related tasks, processes, and services; knowledge of agile practices is an asset.
