Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Bilingual in spoken and written French and English (English is required to communicate with colleagues in the United States and at the global level)
• Strong understanding of Quebec labour law and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (asset)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
