HR Business Partner

Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company's business objectives. This role requires working closely with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives, talent management, leadership development, and performance management processes. The HRBP will be instrumental in fostering a high‑performance culture within a highly regulated, safety‑conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage OD programs that enhance organizational performance and leadership capabilities, tailoring development initiatives to address the unique challenges in an aerospace manufacturing environment, including compliance, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Implement and execute talent management programs that identify high‑potential employees, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent for critical roles in the company.
  • Oversee performance management processes, aligning employee goals with operational and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs designed to equip managers and supervisors with the skills to lead teams effectively and support leaders with training in areas critical for the business.
  • Manage employee relations to ensure a positive, productive, and compliant workplace through employee engagement agenda, conflict resolution, and labor relations.
  • Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs, track key HR metrics, and make data‑driven recommendations to improve HR processes.
  • Champion DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive environment where a diverse workforce can thrive. Partner with leaders to ensure DEI strategies are integrated into key HR processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. CRHA or related HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10‑15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development in a manufacturing environment.
