A global nutrition organization seeks an HR Analyst in Ottawa to assist with learning initiatives and support training program development. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Nutrition International’s Human Resources team is a global team of HR experts that manages day-to-day operations and develops and implements HR programs, policies, and practices to support corporate strategy and drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. We are a global organization with headquarters in Ottawa and regional offices in Africa and Asia. We are seeking applications for a HR Analyst, Learning & Development to be based in Ottawa, Canada.
You are someone currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in English, are required. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. Fluency in English at a native level is required.
