Overview

Staffmax is looking for a Property Manager to support a high rise apartment building in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate should have experience in the day to day operations and administration of property management.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate trade services
  • Prepare monthly renewal documents
  • Prepare Owner Reports
  • Accurate filing of various documents
  • Ensure internal logs and documents are processed within defined time lines
  • Payable and receivables accounts are kept current
  • Property inspections monthly (vehicle required)
  • Provide administrative support to our clients
  • Market vacant units
  • Identify work / upgrade requirements
  • Hiring caretakers
Qualifications
  • Friendly, professional and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • REIC designation / candidate are an asset
  • Property Management experience: 2 years (required)
